There are three easy steps to prepare yourself for entry level employment.


Get ready for the hiring process at a Job Sills Workshop.  At the workshop you will prepare a professional resume, learn customer service skills and how to present yourself in the workplace.


Prove you’re ready for employment with a Work Readiness Certificate.  To get the certificate you must pass a “dress rehearsal” interview.  Be on time, bring your resume, written application and interview with an employer mentor.


Your Work Readiness Certificate entitles you to HIRE LA employers’ Preferred Job Leads and attendance at HIRE LA Hiring Events.  You will receive e-mails and listings of employment opportunities specifically for Work Readiness Certified candidates.
