There are three easy steps to prepare yourself for entry level employment:


Job Skills Workshops - Get ready for the hiring process.  Prepare a professional resume, learn workplace expectations and how to search for a job.


Work Readiness Certificate - Prove your job readiness by attending “dress rehearsal” job interview.  Be on time, bring your resume, written application, then interview with an employer mentor.  Earning the Certificate shows employers that you have the initiative and are prepared to go to work.


Hiring Events & Preferred Job Leads - Your Work Readiness Certificate entitles you receive preferred job leads with our HIRE LA partner employers.  Present your Certificate at HIRE LA Job Fairs and partner employers will recognize your preparedness.
