HOW IT WORKS:

The Certification is Step 2!  It is a mock interview and hiring process, scheduled by appointment, in preparation for future job opportunities. The Work Readiness Certificate program helps you meet these goals.  And it’s FREE!

You have to be willing to work, set high standards, be responsible and on time, just as you would for an actual job interview.

3. •  Bring your printed application [see detailed instructions in the green box on the left of this page]
   

Upon arrival you will be required to complete a written job application, math test and customer service assessment, then participate in a practice interview with a volunteer professional.  Following the interview, you will receive valuable feedback which you can use for future interviews.
