THE CERTIFICATION IS LIKE A “DRESS REHEARSAL” FOR THE INTERVIEW AND HIRING PROCESS

You have to be willing to work, set high standards, be responsible and on time, just as you would for a n actual job interview.

YOU MUST:

1.ARRIVE ON TIME
2.BRING YOUR APPLICATION: CLICK HERE to open the Work Readiness Certification Employment Application. Type all of your information in the appropriate boxes, then print. The application should not be hand written. It is required to bring the printed application to your WRC appointment.
3.BRING YOUR RESUME: If you don’t have a resume, CLICK HERE to enroll in a Job Skills Workshop where you will receive FREE professional help to complete your resume.

Upon arrival you will be required to complete a written job application, math test and customer service assessment. If you pass the math test and assessment, and present your resume and application, you will participate in a practice interview with a volunteer professional.

STEP 3:
