What to Expect

Before the Interview:
|
|
During the Certification Interview:
- Complete a written job application at the interview
- Be interviewed by a business partner
- Receive your score and WRC Scoring Rubric to assess your strengths and areas for improvement
- Receive your Work Readiness Certificate if you qualify
- If you are unable to qualify for the Certificate, you will receive immediate help with skills development at a Job Skills Workshop.
- When your skills and job readiness are developed, you are welcome to reschedule a WRC interview
