LA Youth at Work has hundreds of certified trainers dedicated to training and mentoring young adults.  Ron Kaufman is one of our busiest.  Anyone who attended his workshop knows about his videos, funny stories and the ability to make you understand what you need to do to prepare for a job.

Ron is so experienced and engaging, that he also conducts our Train-the-Trainer sessions where he initiates new volunteers with enthusiasm and humor.  We would like to express our deep gratitude to Ron for his continued support of Los Angeles's young adults and L.A. Youth at Work.
